Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Enhance the operating cadence of the account management team to help ensure Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 90%+
Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them maximize value from Ascend Analytics’ suite of solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Analytics—to align client needs with innovative solutions
Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships, increase adoption, and drive long-term success
Champion Ascend Analytics’ values of integrity, curiosity, and excellence in every interaction
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in account management leadership
Experienced in managing high-performing account management teams
Passionate about energy markets, analytics, or software solutions; energy industry experience is a plus
Skilled at translating complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients
Inspiring, collaborative, and proactive in driving client and team success
