Responsibilities

End-to-end development of BI dashboards and analytical automation (from concept to delivery)

Data modeling and data mart design to support scalable BI solutions

Validation, monitoring and automation of Data Quality processes (anomalies, consistency, methodology control)

Conducting analytical research of product performance, marketing effectiveness and user behavior

Translating business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable metrics

Close collaboration with data engineers, data analysts, product managers and other cross-functional roles

Preparing and presenting insights, recommendations and analytical narratives to stakeholders

Driving product and process improvements through evidence-based recommendations

Required

3+ years of experience in BI, Data or Product Analytics

Strong command of SQL, including complex joins, window functions and query optimization

Hands-on experience developing end-to-end BI solutions (Power BI / Tableau / Looker): requirements -> modeling -> dashboards -> automated refresh pipelines

Good understanding of DWH concepts, ELT pipelines, data layers and data mart architecture

Ability to work with business metrics, define calculation logic and clearly explain metric fluctuations

Experience in Data Quality control: anomaly detection, validation techniques and methodological consistency

Python skills sufficient for advanced data analysis beyond standard BI tools

Understanding how AI/LLM technologies can enhance BI analytics (report automation, insights generation, semantic querying)

Ability to work independently in setting priorities, planning tasks and driving analytical initiatives

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to influence product, commercial or operational outcomes through data-driven recommendations

Preferred

Experience with Azure / AWS is a plus
