Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person)
Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients
Review chains of title and ensure accuracy
Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and timely decision-making
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking capabilities
