Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Guidewire Digital applications (CustomerEngage, ProducerEngage, ServiceRepEngage, etc.) using Jutro
Build responsive, reusable, and accessible UI components leveraging the Jutro design system & React framework
Configure and extend UI pages using JSON-based Jutro configurations
Implement API integrations with Guidewire backend services (Policy, Billing, Claims)
Collaborate closely with architects, backend developers, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end features
Ensure UI performance, cross-browser compatibility, and best UX practices
Troubleshoot defects and production issues related to front-end components
Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Qualification
Required
2–6+ years of experience in front-end development
Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, JSON
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital Portal frameworks
Practical experience with Jutro UI framework and Jutro components
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud and microservices-based architecture
Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments
Ability to analyze and customize Jutro component schemas & themes
