Responsibilities
Receive and process work received via various means (telephone, email and other electronic methods). Index and Submit application data into AWD, APNG, NBU, and NBUW. Review, make decisions and take appropriate actions to issue/close and process funding sources within acceptable time service standards. Communicate with Agents as needed during routine policy processing
Actively participate in continued on-the-job learning in order to become a fully trained representative
Various other duties based on department needs and individual capacity –reporting, quality, testing, special assignments, projects
Handle internal phone inquiries from agent/client facing departments
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
0-2+ years of work experience in an office setting
Basic Customer Service knowledge
Proficiency with a PC, fax, copier, printer, etc
Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to interact with others via phone
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Preferred
Knowledge or experience with Financial Suitability reviews preferred by not required
