Responsibilities
Build and deploy agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen
Design and implement multi-agent orchestration workflows and RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows for domain-specific tasks
Create CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and monitoring systems for performance and drift detection
Deploy AI workloads on Azure (AKS, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and manage infrastructure using Terraform/ARM templates
Integrate AI agents with development tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, JIRA, Polarion) and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling
Qualification
Required
5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production LLM deployment
Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and multi-agent systems
Strong experience with RAG implementations and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries (transformers, langchain, llamaindex)
DevOps/MLOps expertise including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
Azure cloud experience (AI Foundry, Azure ML, AKS, OpenAI, Cognitive Services); AWS/GCP experience also considered
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) with strong understanding of compliance requirements
Strong software engineering practices including version control, testing, documentation, and code review
API development experience with REST/GraphQL and webhook integrations
Database experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector database
