Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems, robotic equipment, CNC machinery, and other automated systems
Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
Support precision operations in engine component manufacturing without requiring a journeyman card (equivalent experience accepted)
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
Participate in flexible work schedules, including overtime as needed
Document maintenance activities and repairs for compliance and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience of manufacturing machines preferably CNC machines
Strong electrical knowledge and proven mechanical aptitude
Hands-on experience with mechatronics, robotics, and automated systems
Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments; residential or commercial experience not considered
Familiarity with machinery used in farm or family farm operations is a plus
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and adapt to high-paced operations
Willingness to work overtime; total compensation may exceed base rate
Preferred
Ability to clearly describe types of machines serviced and nature of repairs performed
Demonstrated experience resolving complex troubleshooting challenges with clear outcomes
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production and engineering teams
