Social Media Community Manager (Sports)
Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. The Community Manager will be responsible for growing and engaging followers across social media platforms, enhancing the superfan experience and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities
Represent the always-on voice of our brand to our customers, followers, and social media users through proactive and reactive community engagement strategies on social
Execute a content calendar of platform-first initiatives (including events, competitions, and campaigns) that support community participation and align with business priorities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, product launches, updates, and special promotions within the community Use social media platforms, social listening, and third-party community management analytics tools to measure performance results
Monitor community activity, trends, and feedback to identify common issues, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and innovation
Own our DMs, ensuring timely replies to community members seeking assistance or information related to our products and services
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high levels of user satisfaction
Advocate for the interests and needs of the community within the organization, representing their perspectives in decision-making processes
Enforce community guidelines and moderation policies to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proven experience driving social community engagement outcomes for brands
A deep sense of responsibility and pride in everything you touch, and you hold yourself to a high bar
Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail, with proven experience translating brand voice and tonality to social
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships
Knowledge of current trends, regulations, and best practices in the betting and gaming sector is a plus
Willingness to travel for events, activations, and offsites
