Responsibilities
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on state-of-the-art practices
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical experience in application development, with strong understanding of modern microservice and enterprise architectures, DevOps principles, and standard SDLC methodologies
3+ years of experience in application development program management, leading large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation
1+ year of hands-on experience performing business analysis or solution design work, even if not in a formal BA or SA role
1+ year of experience in budget and resource management, including tracking weekly spend, updating monthly forecasts, and identifying financial risks or variances
Proven success in enterprise program management, ideally overseeing large-scale and complex platform migrations
Strategic and collaborative leader with the ability to align cross-functional teams, drive program momentum, and deliver impactful business outcomes
Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence, capable of engaging with senior leadership and serving as the face of the program
