Responsibilities
Get hands-on with techniques like Western blotting, ELISA, and Co-Immunoprecipitation (CoIP)—don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!
Test how different conditions affect protein stability and how well they can bind to other molecules
Help produce and purify proteins needed for cutting-edge assay development
Collaborate with scientists to support reagent development and optimize experiments
Dive into real-world protein biochemistry, building skills that’ll wow your future professors and employers
Qualification
Required
You can work full-time during the summer (May/June - August/September)
You're currently working on your Bachelor's degree, with at least one semester left after the internship
Your major is in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or something similar
You're heading into your junior or senior year
You know how to get your point across, whether you're writing or speaking
You're curious about science and eager to learn new lab techniques
You pay attention to details—even the small ones!
You're not afraid to ask questions and share ideas
