Responsibilities
GEHC ONLY - Develops and manages content and creative for distribution across and off line channels
Responsible for supporting the integration of product strategy and initiatives into Marketing Communications programs, including high level branding and positioning, cross segment and care area programs in advertising, exhibits, sales collateral, promotion materials, web and customer targeted meetings and events coordinating with distributors, global advertising, exhibits and web teams as needed
Coordinating plan implementation through dedicated Marketing Communications support and outside vendor management. Ensuring integration of Public Relations and Internal GEHC Communications into planning as appropriate. Following-up with teams to determine program success and report program results to marketing
Leverage new channels, techniques and identifying unique, attention getting Marketing Communications strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, virtual booth and customer loyalty clubs) to help meet the marketing objectives for the businesses highest-level projects. Integrate with peers to help ensure consistency of approach and integration of best practices
Develop simple and relevant strategies from complex marketing objectives and content
Continually evaluate processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions
Qualification
Required
Partner with business leadership to manage branding, product and/or services promotion, and partner the business to provide functional expertise
Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications, digital communications & events management
Responsible for messaging, advertising, exhibits, and collateral creation
Working with the business product and marketing leadership team members to develop and implement creative tools/techniques enabling sales execution & market acceptance of new products & business initiatives
Works closely with P&L leadership to develop and implement high-level Marketing Communication strategies for initiatives and programs
