Responsibilities
Strong package engineering skills and practices
Understanding of distribution environments and related simulation testing
Understanding of packaging equipment design and material interface
Good technical risk assessment and analytical skills
Ability to offer viable packaging recommendations within the constraints of time, cost, quality and delivery
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks concurrently
May be required to participate in special projects as appropriate
Experience in Lean Six Sigma is beneficial
Qualification
Required
