Join the General Liability Practice as an experienced attorney
Manage cases including motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Represent defendants in significant exposure cases in various general liability areas
Qualification
Required
At least seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Admission to the Idaho State Bar is required
Preferred
Prior insurance defense experience is preferred
Skilled litigators from other practice areas who possess strong litigation fundamentals and an eagerness to grow within a collaborative, nationally respected firm
