VP, Project Finance and Investments | Power Infrastructure
Madison Hunt is a next-generation power infrastructure platform developing gigawatt-scale generation assets for AI data centers. They are seeking a VP-level corporate development and project finance professional to lead strategic partnerships, capital formation, and commercial structuring.

Responsibilities
Design project finance structures: construction/term debt, tax equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine financing
Execute capital markets transactions including debt syndications, bond offerings, and institutional equity placements
Lead corporate development: M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with utilities, technology companies, and industrial off-takers
Structure and negotiate power purchase agreements (PPAs), capacity contracts, and offtake agreements
Manage relationships with commercial banks, institutional lenders, infrastructure funds, and strategic partners
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years: Investment banking (energy/infrastructure or project finance) + private equity, infrastructure funds, or project finance experience
Deep knowledge: PPAs, project finance structures (non-recourse debt, tax equity, back-leverage), energy markets, and power generation economics
Proven experience structuring debt and equity for greenfield or operating power assets
Advanced financial modeling: project-level DCF, debt sizing/sculpting, tax equity partnerships, and equity return analysis
Strong capital markets execution including syndication, term sheets, and credit presentations
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and operational awareness
