Responsibilities
Develop a unified global event strategy aligned to commercial priorities, product launches, and market cycles
Define the annual events calendar for NA and APAC, spanning flagship events, trade shows, partner forums, and executive experiences
Lead planning, production, creative direction, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
Partner with Creative Hub and Content Strategy Hub to ensure cohesive visual and narrative alignment
Build events that strengthen customer relationships, support GTM motions, and influence pipeline creation
Design tailored executive and partner experiences that reinforce our market leadership
Implement governance, process, and event-tech systems for scale and repeatability
Establish event ROI frameworks tied to pipeline, revenue, and brand impact
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, PR/Comms, Field Marketing, Sales, and Regional Leadership to ensure unified execution and maximum business impact
Manage agency partners and vendor ecosystems globally
Qualification
Required
15+ years leading global event organizations within tech, media, or enterprise B2B environments
Exceptional experience in large-scale experiential design, customer executive programs, and high-visibility flagship events
Strong operational leadership — process-minded with the ability to scale systems and teams
Deep experience partnering with global commercial, product, and marketing teams
Creative, highly polished communicator with elite stakeholder management skills
