Responsibilities
Implement Agile/Scrum principles to enhance team efficiency and project delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning
Prioritize tasks by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project timelines
Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and risks, providing clear communication on progress and status
Develop and monitor key program metrics, ensuring proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external project sponsors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or information technology, or equivalent experience
Proven track record in supporting complex technology projects as a servant leader
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead through influence and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other related certifications
Experience with Agile methodologies
Organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
