Responsibilities

Lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing food preparation, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards

Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience with their favorite food items always available and a spotless store

Build Teams and Leaders: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team

Grow Sales and Manage Inventory: Drive sales growth, manage inventory, and build strong vendor relationships

Operate with Brand Excellence: Maintain high standards and ensure the store is ready for any guest or inspection

Lead Food Safety and Operations: Oversee food safety and operations, ensuring team members are ServSafe certified

Qualification

Required

3-5 years in food service or retail management or equivalent

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in business math, P&L analysis, and technology

Willingness to travel for training

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred

2-year college degree preferred
