Develop and maintain strategic relationships with commercial clients
Build and manage a pipeline of new commercial projects and opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and networking opportunities
Qualify inbound leads and prioritize opportunities for follow-up
Present commercial services and value propositions to clients
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for commercial projects
Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM; provide regular KPI reports
Visit commercial sites to gather project details for proposals and estimates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development or sales in commercial services
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced commercial environment
Comfortable visiting client sites and understanding project specifications
Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events
3–5 years of experience in commercial sales, construction, or facilities services
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
