Responsibilities

Partner with business leadership and HRBPs to determine and implement learning solutions that advance business goals
Lead site-level Skills Based Organization (SBO) initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering on project milestones
Manage the design, launch, and ongoing improvement of digital learning for the LXP, optimizing user experience and leveraging data insights
Manage all phases of L&OD projects, ensuring governance, tracking, and planning, while working with global teams and stakeholders
Apply organizational data to develop impactful programs that foster an inclusive culture and support employee engagement growth
Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to identify learning requirements and create focused strategies
Manage site-level implementation of the Skills Based Organization (SBO) program, ensuring project milestones are met and stakeholders are engaged
Supervise creation and management of digital learning materials within the LXP, prioritizing high-quality user experience and leveraging data for enhancements
Oversee integration and support for LMS, LXP, and other technological tools, including AI applications, benefiting leadership and HRBPs
Manage all aspects of L&OD projects, including governance, planning, progress tracking, and program design, implementation, and evaluation
Create and facilitate workshops and resources that utilize contemporary instructional methods and principles of adult education
Organize and monitor local L&OD budgets, authorize expenditures, advise on investments, and uphold responsible financial practices
Identify and oversee external vendors and speakers to ensure alignment with company standards
Design engaging visuals, communications, and presentations to increase awareness and participation in learning initiatives
Encourage cross-development collaboration, share best practices, and promote ongoing growth to improve satisfaction for business leaders and HRBPs

Required

Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields: Organizational Psychology, Education, HR, Business); Master's degree is a plus
3-5 years in L&D or HR with proven experience leading projects and driving organizational change
Demonstrates expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful training initiatives
Proficient in interpreting data, identifying requirements, and assessing learning outcomes
Adept at utilizing LMS, LXP, AI tools, Microsoft Office, and e-learning authoring platforms
Demonstrates strong English communication, creates effective visual content for L&OD projects, and manages complex cross-functional and stakeholder relationships
Demonstrates strong ability to efficiently coordinate multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines, effectively balancing diverse needs and expectations
Establishes strong working relationships and influences employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels in various locations
Leverages business insights to develop practical and results-driven development solutions
Manages schedules independently, meets deadlines, and prioritizes tasks according to organizational goals
Encourages collaboration and supports the sharing of expertise among departments and across various regions
