Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards
Collaborate with other trades and assist the Foreman in resolving issues
Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness for efficient workflow
Qualification
Required
Minimum: 3rd-year electrical apprentice with proven commercial experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints; familiarity with wiring schematics is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and safety practices
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Journeyman's License is a plus
Industrial experience is a plus, but not required
