Vice President of Investor Relations
Confidential Careers is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations who will report to the Chief Financial Officer. The role involves developing and enhancing relationships with shareholders and investors while leading the company's investor relations strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
Develop and drive a best-in-class investor relations program that clearly and consistently articulates the company's strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth story to the investment community
Lead the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings releases, conference call scripts, Q&A documents, and investor presentations
Proactively engage with institutional investors and sell-side research analysts through roadshows, conferences, site visits, and one-on-one meetings. Manage all inbound investor and analyst inquiries
Track, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor performance, and investment community sentiment. Provide actionable feedback to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and compliance in all external and internal communications
Ensure strict compliance with all SEC, stock exchange (NYSE/NASDAQ), and Regulation Fair Disclosure requirements
Assist the executive team in preparing for Board meetings and other external engagements by providing relevant capital markets analysis
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations (agency or in-house), Equity Research, Investment Banking
Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and key SaaS/software metrics
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into a clear, compelling investment narrative
Thorough knowledge of SEC and stock exchange rules and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from either our New York or San Francisco office and willingness to travel for investor engagement (approximately 25-40%)
Preferred
MBA or CFA designation is highly desirable
