The role involves loading and preparing cores for the Continuous Aluminum Brazing process, operating production equipment, and ensuring high-quality output to maintain a smooth manufacturing line.

Responsibilities
Load units into the CAB machine using a chain hoist
Program and operate the CAB machine according to production needs
Sort units by program number and ensure correct sequence
Prepare and mix flux used in the brazing process
Monitor temperatures and machine performance during operation
Complete daily production and safety checklists
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Report any issues or malfunctions promptly
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (1 year preferred)
Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn machine operation
Strong attention to detail and focus on safety and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking
Preferred
1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
