They are seeking a highly organized and analytical Product Operations Intern to support the efficiency and execution of the Product organization by streamlining processes and managing key operational data.

Responsibilities
Map current product development and launch processes (e.g., bug triage, feature readiness checks) and propose specific improvements to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market
Support the administration of core product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms) by ensuring data integrity, managing user access, and maintaining system health
Organize and maintain the central Product Knowledge Base (e.g., in Confluence), ensuring that critical specifications, technical FAQs, and decision logs are easily accessible and up-to-date for internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems (MIS), or a related analytical field
Proven ability to communicate clearly and succinctly—both verbally and in documentation—with technical (Engineering) and non-technical (Sales/Marketing) stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for action, demonstrated by previous experience managing documentation, tracking project milestones, or administering information systems
Preferred
Currently pursuing an MBA degree
Exposure to cybersecurity tools and concepts or experience with AI development toolsets
