The intern will support the Strategy & Business Operations team by conducting analyses, building presentations, and synthesizing data to inform strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the Strategy & Business Operations team in analyzing key business questions and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team by:
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations
Building clear, concise slides that communicate findings logically and persuasively
Supporting workstream leads in structuring ambiguous problems, defining hypotheses, and developing work plans
Gathering, cleaning, and synthesizing data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and operational improvement
Perform other duties as assigned

Microsoft Office SuiteQuantitative analysisQualitative analysisInterest in travel industryCommunicationOrganizational skillsTeamwork

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
