Responsibilities

Develop Atrium’s annual events strategy aligned to revenue, brand, and partner goals
Partner deeply with Sales, GTM leaders, and Marketing to align event strategy, support targeted outreach and follow-up, and integrate events into broader GTM and marketing plans
Build strong relationships with Salesforce, Snowflake, and ecosystem partners to source co-marketing opportunities, event sponsorships, speaker slots, and strategic collaborations
Identify high-impact events (industry conferences, partner events, regional field events) and evaluate ROI
Manage webinar production: scheduling, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, platform setup, and live execution
Plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, budgets, vendor management, booth experience, collateral, swag, and staffing
Build integrated pre- and post-event/webinar campaigns across email, social, and web to drive attendance and engagement
Develop messaging, landing pages, attendee journeys, and lead capture strategies
Work with subject-matter experts to build compelling session content, demos, and speaking abstracts
Measure and report performance of events and webinars, including KPIs, insights, and ROI analysis
Own Atrium’s customer gifting and swag programs, including strategy, vendor management, and sourcing

Required

4+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, including webinar execution
2+ years working within (or marketing to) the Salesforce or Snowflake ecosystems
Proven track record delivering B2B events that drive pipeline and brand impact
Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and multiple concurrent programs
25–35% travel required

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Zoom webinar platform
