Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to assess and define IT needs for business processes
Create detailed documentation and mapping of business processes for future IT solutions
Address end-user requirements and facilitate business process redesign and documentation
Manage the configuration, deployment, installation, and support of site infrastructure, including workstations and servers
Provide comprehensive software support for both standard and local applications, including VMware and Windows OS
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of two years of experience in Information Technology, ideally in a manufacturing or similar setting
Proven ability in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft PCs
Demonstrated capability to work independently with moderate supervision and effectively identify issues
Preferred
Experience with VMware and networking solutions is advantageous
Strong skills in documenting and mapping business processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration
