Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy development through opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, and market research to inform long-term business direction

Build and deliver compelling executive-ready presentations that translate insights, product roadmaps, and business performance into clear narratives for senior leadership and external audiences

Drive business planning cycles—including OKRs, forecasting, Long Range Planning, Annual Operating Planning, and monthly business reviews—to support organizational performance and decision-making

Facilitate core team operations such as all-hands meetings, seminar series, and stakeholder alignment efforts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Mentor associates on strategic thinking, storytelling, and presentation development while fostering a culture grounded in customer centricity and inclusion

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area

Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders

Deep strategic planning expertise, including experience leading OKRs, forecasting, and long-range planning in highly collaborative and matrixed environments

Customer-obsessed mindset, consistently advocating for customer needs and embedding customer-centric thinking into strategic decisions to drive health outcomes and loyalty

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and navigating uncertainty with agility, curiosity, and structured problem-solving
