Responsibilities

Allocate resources and oversee regional operations to ensure alignment, accountability, and the timely delivery of product(s)

Monitor staff performance utilizing appropriate management tools and methodologies

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to maintain established timelines

Serve as the primary liaison across regions, ensuring consistent communication and providing real-time follow up so that clients and prospects receive timely attention and no opportunities are missed

Support regional leaders by interpreting key metrics and preparing accurate, comprehensive reports

Manage pre-engagement activities and maintain prospect tracking to support pipeline visibility

Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards for quality, accuracy, and consistence

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and standardization

Will lead and supervise subordinate team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in any field

3+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Excel

Proven ability to manage multiple operations with competing deadlines
