Responsibilities

Lead UX & Content Strategy initiatives with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance

Manage content operations, including editing, governance, workflows, and structured content models

Coordinate site updates, releases, and change readiness for new features

Oversee editorial processes to maintain content consistency and accuracy

Develop and maintain documentation, governance standards, and instructional materials

Guide internal teams with style guides, patterns, and best practices

Maintain content inventory, audit logs, and version tracking

Analyze user data and feedback to recommend improvements

Administer SEO metadata and optimize content discoverability

Provide recommendations for templates, components, and editorial tools

Conduct content audits and usability reviews

Use collaborative design tools to align content with interface design

Translate research and user needs into actionable content strategy

Collaborate with design, development, testing, and business teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions
