Responsibilities
Manage pitch submissions inbox
Organize submissions and track status and prioritization of pitches
Support and work closely with senior development managers
Schedule pitch meetings and follow ups
Review and evaluate pitch decks, audio samples, pilot episodes, and existing shows
Conduct market research associated with inbound opportunities
Learn about iHeartPodcast Network’s development process from pitch through green lighting
Participate in development meetings
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage a large volume of pitches in a fast paced environment
Major in – or strong experience in – a storytelling medium (theater, film, podcasting, literature, creative writing)
A wide range of interests/curiosity about the world
Knowledge of and/or strong interest in learning about the podcast industry
