Assistant Director, Procurement & Reporting

Responsibilities

Oversee the University’s procurement operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective purchasing across all departments
Manage state and system reporting requirements
Lead sourcing and negotiation efforts
Supervise procurement staff
Maintain the University’s e-Procurement environment, including supplier enablement and punch-out catalog management
Develop staff and administer the P-Card program
Ensure adherence to federal, state, TSUS, and University policies
Provide campus-wide training and guidance
Play a key role in optimizing procurement processes, enhancing customer service, and supporting the University’s goals
