Regional Sales Manager, Industrial - Trojan
Trojan Technologies is a part of the Veralto company, dedicated to sustainability in the water industry. The Industrial Regional Sales Manager will focus on expanding the Industrial business, building partnerships, and ensuring Trojan remains a leader in industrial process water treatment.

Responsibilities
Manage all sales activities within your territory, including existing and new channel partners to achieve sales objectives
Analyze and communicate market information, including competition and trends
Build, maintain, and establish strong relationships with OEMs, consulting engineers, and general contractors
Update sales database and opportunities weekly, preparing sales forecasts
Participate in sales meetings to provide recommendations and input on business strategies
Travel extensively within the region (potentially over 50% of the time) to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
6–8 years of sales or channel management experience
Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications
High energy, self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
