National Trench Safety specializes in the rental and sale of excavation safety products, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales and operations. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, generating sales documents, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of complaints.

Responsibilities

Receives and responds to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints

Generates all sales operations (invoicing, contracts, pick list, packing list, returns) documents and distributes to respective departments

Responsible for guiding, assisting and elevating complaint resolution to ensure that customers are properly served

Provides customers and other Branches with any data and backup data as requested

Follows up on a regular and as-needed basis with customers, Branches, and shop/yard operations on all open and unresolved customer issues

Reports on all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction

May take after-hours calls; i.e., security, and customers, and document any complaints for resolution at some branches

May open and/or close operations facilities in some branches

Performs other duties as requested

Required

Minimum (1) One year experience working as an Inside Sales Rep or on a sales desk preferred, preferably in the construction equipment industry, underground safety rental industry

Must have reliable transportation
