They are seeking a Technical Solutions Intern to assist with identifying opportunities for AI and machine learning implementation while gaining hands-on experience in data analytics and generative AI applications.

Responsibilities
Work across the HCM organization to identify business challenges and find opportunities where AI can add value
Perform research on some of the latest emerging technologies (AI, automation, machine learning) to see where HCM could apply and benefit from implementation
Work closely with our engineering teams to analyze, interpret, and optimize generative AI applications using industry-leading tools and platforms
Assist in creating presenting and documenting technical solutions
Support multidisciplinary engineering and senior program managers activities on various projects in developing, testing, and deploying generative AI models for data analytics and insights generation
Direct support to daily business solutions activities
Create or improve customer or capability focused presentations
General market research to improve company effectiveness
Collaborate with team members to understand and implement project requirements
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field
GPA of 3.0+ on a 4.0 grade scale
Good written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently and on a team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills with a strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Working knowledge and understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and their business applications
Working knowledge of data systems and data languages (Python)
Working knowledge of Google Chirp, Recognizer, to incorporate voice and speak recognition data into our analytics
Working knowledge using AWS Bedrock and CodeGuru for model building, refining, and code optimization
Knowledge applying Augmented AI (A2I) solutions for enhanced modeling
Working knowledge using Python, Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis, visualization and model tracking
Knowledge using Anaconda
Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing/able to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance
