Responsibilities
Collaborate to determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on item specification, forecast, demand variation, and lead times to ensure efficient supply chain operations
Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of potential issues. Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes
Coordinate material depletion schedules through product changes, obsolescence, or supplier changes
Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managed
Daily monitoring of all domestic property inventory and forecast reports for necessary cross-property transfers or additional supplier orders as needed and perform distribution allocations from centralized warehouses
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of prior relevant experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Procurement Operations required
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
