Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Graduate School of Business and the Master of Business Administration Programs Office
Responsible for key financial and operational processes, including purchasing, travel coordination, and basic budget support
Oversees front-office operations, including visitor reception, telephone coverage, and schedule management
Supports staff by assisting with ongoing projects and delivering essential administrative services across both offices
Requires in-person office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function
Ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Required

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting
One year of experience working in a higher-education environment
Experience using University of Arkansas systems such as Workday, 25Live, and/or Slate in a non-student role
Knowledge of University of Arkansas purchasing procedures and related workflows
Strong organizational skills, including effective planning and time management
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
