Responsibilities

Deliver a positive customer experience while representing our products and services

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair XOS instruments on-site, providing timely solutions

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors both in-person and by phone

Collaborate with internal support and applications teams to resolve complex technical issues

Provide training to customers and end-users on proper operation and maintenance

Maintain accurate service records, including reports, documentation, and inventory

Build strong customer relationships and gather field feedback to support product and service improvements

Qualification

Electro-mechanical aptitudeTroubleshootingCustomer serviceMicrosoft OfficeCommunication skills

Required

1–5 years of technical experience, with strong electro-mechanical aptitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting tools

Willingness to travel 80–90%, including overnight trips; must live near a major airport

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
