As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building the core product, focusing on user experience and collaboration in data-heavy analytical projects.

Responsibilities
Enable long-horizon task completion by building the foundational UX patterns for working with multi-turn, multi-tool agentic systems
Empower actuaries and underwriters to work on thousands of documents in parallel by giving them access to coding and coding agents
Architect and implement our frontend stack using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) with a focus on performance and maintainability
Get your hands into the backend & core agentic platform as well! It’s all typescript
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end experiences
Rapidly prototype and iterate on features, balancing speed and quality in a startup environment
Qualification
Required
You are genuinely passionate about AI and energized by approaching ambiguous challenges from first principles
Have deep experience building production-grade web applications with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
Care about performance, accessibility, and pixel-perfect implementation
Have strong UI/UX sensibilities and enjoy collaborating with designers to ship delightful experiences
Are a collaborative, fast learner who wants to join a small team and have an outsized impact
Preferred
Have experience with data visualization, realtime systems, or working on complex workflow tools
