Human Resources Business Partner- FR

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support managers with HR best practices and strategic solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals across both on-site and remote client groups.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and evaluate the execution of HR strategies and solutions within the assigned client groups
Partner with client group senior managers and leaders to deliver strategic HR services such as workforce planning, organizational design and talent management as well as succession planning, high potential, etc
Coach and provide guidance to managers with respect to employee relations
Manage employee relations situations while upholding legal compliance
Conduct objective, thorough and timely workplace investigations using best practices approach in investigating conflicts, harassment claims, etc
Guide managers in assigned client groups on the governance and effective application of HR policies, procedures and programs
Support the implementation of HR programs and processes by cascading/reinforcing information, providing training and ensuring progress and compliance of implementation within client groups
Partner with various HR subject matter experts such as Compensation, Learning and Development and Training, HRIS as well as Talent Acquisition to provide effective HR solutions designed to meet the business challenges
Manages employee offboarding process during probationary, end of contract, resignations or terminations
Ensure compliance of various compensation components, conducting analysis of compensation, evaluation of positions and working towards alignment and harmonization efforts across the organization
Analyze metrics and gather input to provide insight into trends and propose appropriate interventions to achieve business goals and increase employee engagement, development and retention
Act as a change agent in the delivery of human resources solutions and provide guidance to client groups during business-driven change management efforts
Work closely with HR colleagues to coordinate HR support activities, ensure cohesion and create synergy for addressing all human resource client needs
Contribute to general HR programs and initiatives
Actively participates in various committees
Act as back-up to HR Advisor or team members as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HCM systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple priorities
Strong knowledge of labor laws
Ability to think strategically, adapting approach as needed and weighing in benefits and risks
Skilled at managing organizational change
Able to develop strong interpersonal work relationships built on trust and credibility
Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
SHRM or PHR certification preferred
Workday experience a plus
