Responsibilities

Kick off the sales cycle by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn, social outreach)
Research and engage decision-makers at target accounts, learning how to spark interest and open doors
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities using proven frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger
Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support active sales cycles
Use cutting-edge AI-powered tools to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and sharpen your pitch
Consistently track activity and progress toward weekly and monthly goals

Required

Bachelor's degree required
0–3 years of experience, including internships, in sales, customer-facing, or competitive environments
Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient
Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to take initiative and the curiosity to keep learning
A clear and confident communicator who can adapt to different audiences
Excited to learn structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and apply them in real conversations
Tech-savvy and eager to leverage tools like Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, and AI-powered platforms to work smarter
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Sales program participation is a plus
Bonus if you've had exposure to compliance, fleet, or workforce management industries, but not required
