Responsibilities

Complete the month-end close process and preparation of journal entries for corporate entity as well as review/complete reconciliations for all balance sheet account

Prepare monthly financial statements for corporate entity with actual to budget commentary

Evaluate and record transactions to the general ledger timely and accurately

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, including Finance and Treasury teams and external shareholders including private equity sponsor

Analyze and interpret complex accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP

Prepare equity account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed for all funds with the related investors

Manage intercompany account process and work to research discrepancies as needed

Provide support and prepare documentation for the external audit

Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects to move the business forward
