Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone or email, delivering outstanding service with a positive attitude
Assist clients with policy questions, claims processing, billing issues, and coverage options by providing clear explanations and guidance
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client requests, gather information, or offer additional insurance products tailored to their needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and client management systems
Process payments and handle cash transactions securely when required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently by analyzing customer data and communication history
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and effective communication to build rapport and trust with diverse clients

Qualification

Required

Licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in PA (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
5+ years of business administration experience; 2+ years of client service
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office while maintaining professionalism
Positive, client-first attitude with strong teamwork and confidentiality standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions efficiently
Attention to detail in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining comprehensive client records
Knowledge of customer service best practices including call etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques

Preferred

Existing license preferred
Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is highly desirable
