Responsibilities
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution
Coordinate with clients, business teams, and product owners to clarify requirements
Lead onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
Develop test plans, prepare test data, and write test cases for user stories
Script and execute automation code for candidate test cases using modern frameworks
Work on in-sprint and regression automation, ensuring continuous quality
Utilize CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into pipelines
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance
6+ years of hands-on experience in UI and API automation using Playwright/Cypress, Mocha, Chai, JavaScript, TypeScript, Cucumber, and allure reports
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and test management tools like JIRA, Quality Center/ALM
Proven experience in Banking domain projects and Agile methodologies
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication
Ability to lead and coordinate onsite/offshore resources and manage client communications
