Assist Development Team with donor prospecting
Utilize Fundraising Software, Raiser's Edge to help manage donor portfolios
Help accept donations in support of the Development team receiving in-kind gifts to help facilitate building donor relationships
Assist the Development team with event organization, meeting preparation and donation drives as needed
Qualification
Required
In an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
Ability to write press releases, media advisories, articles for C+FS website, and articles for C+FS Intranet
Experience or ability in graphic design for flyers, banners, brochures, and social media
Skills in internal and external messaging and pitching story ideas for the media
Ability to assist Development Team with donor prospecting
Familiarity with Fundraising Software, Raiser's Edge to help manage donor portfolios
Ability to help accept donations in support of the Development team receiving in-kind gifts
Ability to assist the Development team with event organization, meeting preparation, and donation drives as needed
Flexible scheduling but must be able to work at the office location during work hours
