This role involves working on sophisticated finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings, while leading due diligence workstreams and managing specialist teams.

Responsibilities

Bring three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or representing financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions

Have hands-on experience with loan originations, real estate financings, and the drafting and negotiation of loan, security, intercreditor, and related transactional documents

Require a strong command of covenant compliance issues

Proficiency in managing specialist teams

Ability to lead due diligence workstreams with confidence and minimal supervision

Thrive in a team-driven environment and bring a solutions-oriented approach to client service
