Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HR related questions and concerns

Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, terminations, offboarding, and exit interviews

Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, employee communications, and vendor coordination

Partner with management on employee relations issues, coaching, and performance improvement

Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS records, and compliance documentation

Contribute to HR programs and initiatives that support engagement, retention, and organizational goals

Coordinate and track compliance training, certifications, and workplace safety requirements

Support recruitment efforts: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire paperwork

Prepare reports and analysis on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making

Oversee payroll processing, timekeeping, and tracking of contingent labor hours

Administer unemployment insurance (UI) claims and respond to agency requests

Conduct and document workplace investigations in accordance with policies
