Responsibilities

Manage and retain an assigned book of business, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service
Place new and renewal business by collaborating with producers and following established workflows
Answer coverage questions, recommend solutions, and process policy changes, endorsements, audits, and certificates
Issue insurance documents, reconcile accounts, collect premiums, and assist clients with service needs and escalations
Identify account rounding and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client protection
Maintain accurate client information in AMS360 and follow commercial lines procedures using available reference tools
Stay current on market trends, products, pricing, and underwriting criteria
Analyze renewal premiums, identify variances, and propose competitive alternatives
Participate in renewal strategy discussions and collaborate with Marketing and carriers
Mentor and support new team members as needed and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualification

Commercial Account ManagementProperty & Casualty LicenseAMS360Insurance Document InterpretationBasic Office SoftwareIndustry DesignationsOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

2–5 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager or Producer
Active Property & Casualty license
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and confidence in interpreting insurance documents
Proficiency with basic office software and comfort learning agency systems

Preferred

Industry designations (CIC, CRM, CPCU, etc.) preferred—or willingness to pursue one within 5 years
