Responsibilities
Accelerated Lifetime Modeling: Develop and execute experiments to determine semiconductor accelerated lifetime models
Qualification Testing: Design test methods, circuits, and software for device qualification, including switching accelerated lifetime tests. Innovate new qualification approaches
Experience with extrinsic reliability: Understand of how wafer defectivity can impact reliability and development of methodology using optical inspection and electrical testing to reduce their impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Power Electronics
5+ years of experience in reliability testing in Power Electronics
Strong understanding of compound semiconductor physics
Apply statistical modeling using Python, R, ReliaSoft or other programs
Familiarity with basic wafer fabrication processes and how those process can impact device reliability
Extensive experience in hardware debugging and troubleshooting complex test circuits
