Post Doctoral Fellow Dhand Lab Neurology

Responsibilities
Lead writing of academic articles
Conduct data analysis for clinical research studies as per study guidelines and protocols
Responsible for maintaining database for study. May be required to monitor data quality, maintain data analysis records, and create data reports
Code and completes analyses related to project in the R environment and other software platforms
Strong interest in contributing to the overall scientific literature especially in interdisciplinary research with journals in neurology, neuroscience, social network sciences, network science, and population health
Attend required meetings with PI and collaborators
All other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Doctoral Degree in either epidemiology, biostatistics, population health, social sciences, physics, or related fields
Sound independent judgment, knowledge and experience in data analysis and competence in research methodologies
Ability to work independently
Good oral and written communication skills
Analytical skills and the ability to resolve technical or research problems and issues and to interpret the acceptability of data results
Knowledge of clinical research protocols
High degree of data analysis
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
Careful attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate professionalism and respect for subjects' rights and individual needs
Knowledge of data management programs
Experience in scientific writing
