Answer inbound calls from members of the public interested in participating in clinical drug trials
Screen callers for study eligibility
Collect and enter personal data for those eligible to participate
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience is required
Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is required
Prior data entry experience is required
Must be 18 years of age
Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday
